  • Paneer 300 grams
  • curd 2 tsp
  • oil 3 tsp
  • Tomato 2 no's Onion

  • 1/ 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 to 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1.5 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

How to make Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe? To make Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe, first we have to make Paneer Tikka, for that you cut me into square pieces, after that take two spoons thick curd in a big bowl then add 1/3 tsp red Add one tablespoon chili powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt as per taste.



Now you have a good family, after that you have made this round and mix them well so that whatever spices are on the pieces of paneer falls well, 


now you keep it in a cool place, otherwise you keep it in the fridge. Leave it for 20 to 25 minutes, now take a non stick pan and put two spoons of oil in it and keep it on the gas.



Stop and turn on the gas, after the oil is hot, add 2 tbsp. of oil to it, after the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and asafetida, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, Fenugreek seeds, 1/3 tsp. Add a spoonful of chili powder, 1/2, two teaspoons of ginger paste and a little onion, 


give some light water to it and after that add tomato-onion paste to it. Then roast these spices well. And fry them till the oil separates from it. And keep the gas slow today. And for gravy, add half a cup of water to it. And let the water cook for a while, after that now you have this paneer tikka gravy ready.



Now put paneer tikka in the gravy and leave it to cook on low flame. After it is cooked, now add butter in the middle and mix it well. And turn off the gas. 


And put some finely chopped green coriander on it for beauty. Your Paneer Tikka masala recipe is ready. You can eat it with non roti or with roti and feed it to your family too.
