Sweet soda take 1/4 tsp

How to make samosas


To make samosa, we have to first prepare samosa pitti. For this, you must first wash the potatoes and put them on the gas to boil in a vessel. By the time the potatoes are ready to boil, sieve the Maida through a sieve and take it out in a large vessel. 




And after that you put a big spoon of ghee or refined oil in it, and salt according to taste, add 1/4 teaspoon sweet soda and also add half a teaspoon of carom seeds. And now you mix it well and knead it a little tight with water, after that you keep it for a while.


By then your potatoes will be ready by boiling. Now peel the boiled potatoes and mash them lightly with your hands. After this, put 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. And when the oil becomes hot, put some cumin and chopped green chilies in it and after frying a little, 



you put green peas and chopped potatoes in it. Now add green coriander, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala, mango powder and salt as per taste. After this, mix it well with a ladle and take it off after cooking for 4 to 5 minutes. Now your pithi for samosa is ready.


Now make small balls of the kneaded flour, now take the dough and roll it long with the help of a rolling pin so that its length becomes 6 to 8 inches and width is 3 to 4 inches. And you keep it a little thick so that it does not break. Later you cut it into two equal halves with the help of a knife.



After taking a piece of rolled flour on your palm and giving it a triangular shape, now you fill it with piti and apply some water on its edges and stick them from all sides and keep all the samosas in the same way. turn for which you


Take a pan and pour enough oil in it that the samosas can be easily immersed in the oil. After taking the oil, you put it on the gas to heat and when the oil becomes hot, now you reduce the gas a little and put 4 to 5 samosas in the pan and fry them till it becomes brown in color. 


Let it not happen When they turn brown in color, then you take them out in a plate or any vessel. If the samosas are opening, then stick them well once again. And in the same way you fry all the samosas. And now your hot samosas are ready, now you can eat them with any sweet chutney or coriander chutney that you like, hot samosas.
