Chicken Chili Recipe - Material

250 gm boneless chicken

take 4 tsp soy sauce

Take 4 tsp corn flour

2 tsp tomato sauce

2 onions

take 3-4 green chilies

3-4 pieces garlic

1 tsp red chili

1 capsicum

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

3 tsp oil

salt - as per taste

First of all, wash and clean the chicken thoroughly. Then make a paste of ginger garlic and salt according to taste. (In the mixer) Now apply this paste on the chicken pieces. And keep in mind that the paste has to be applied well so that the chicken pieces are covered well. Now after doing this, cover the pot and keep it.


Now heat oil in a pan. After it becomes hot, put the chicken pieces in it and fry it. Take care that the chicken pieces do not burn. After the bottom, take them out and keep them.


After this, you fry the chopped onion in the pan until its color becomes light golden. Add capsicum and roast it as well as add chili and other spices and fry it well. After roasting, add soy sauce to this mixture, and also add fried pieces of chicken.



Now mix the chicken pieces well in this mixture, now also add 1/2 cup of water to it. After this, cover the pan and keep it. Check it after about 5-6 minutes, if the water is too much, then wait for a while or else take it off.



Your hot chicken chili is ready, now serve it hot with roti or naan, fried rice. You can also serve Chicken Chili with chutney, sauce or any other thing. And enjoy eating this recipe with pleasure with your family.
