    1. Peanut Dana Recipe  

    You send the peanuts and boil them a little, now you add fasting salt to it, according to taste, you can add green chilies, finely chopped. And add finely chopped tomatoes. You can add red chili powder. If you like it then this is a delicious and healthy recipe too.


    2. Potato Recipe 

    You first boil the potatoes. Now you cut them into pieces as you eat, now you add black pepper powder to it. And add fasting salt. You can eat it as per taste. To do something dirty and cheesy. So you can put finely chopped tomatoes in it. And add curd. You can add green chilies to it. Tasty to eat with taste.


    3. You can also eat fruit salad during fasting. You can cut all these fruits like banana, grapes, orange, papaya, cantaloupe etc. and make a good healthy salad and use it. So that you can get energy in fasting.


    4. You can also make a salad of carrot, cucumber and tomato and eat it during fasting. Which is very healthy. And you can ad as per your wish.
